Where is RSS in Chrome?

I muse about Chrome a lot, I find the attention and reviews it is getting completely off base. I find the comparisons to Firefox wrong and misguided. Things like Extensions aren’t core browser functions, but it seems people are missing one thing when it covers to RSS, it doesn’t natively support RSS.

The chrome development team has put all this work into the browser working on JavaScript speed, working on an extension framework, yet they can’t find the time to make RSS support? Chrome is the only modern browser not to support RSS. When you click an RSS icon in Google chrome you get a pile of unreadable text. That, in my opinion, is unacceptable from a modern browser.
